The leadership job has never been more challenging. In these turbulent times the impact of traditional organizational solutions and models is constantly being eroded by the volatile environment and dramatic pace of change. Many executives are looking for new ways of thinking and for increased agility that will enable them to rapidly adjust to changing conditions. Executive coaches are independent sounding boards, trusted confidants, and just-in-time thinking partners who can inspire leaders to discover innovative solutions and to take action.

What’s Involved:

Leadership advisory and coaching support involves a series of one-on-one confidential conversations where my role is to have an immediate and direct impact by challenging my clients thinking and inspiring and enabling them to achieve their aspirations. The arrangement typically involves:

  • Formal scheduled conversations; and,

  • Informal access between scheduled calls to discuss current and/or pressing issues

All calls are completely confidential. The overall duration is up to the client; however, I suggest a minimum six-month commitment. At the completion of the six months, we review your results and work to re-establish new goals and priorities.
